These terms apply to your use of odontofusion.com and to anything you buy or request through it. The seller is Odontofusion Dental Supplies and Services Private Limited ("Odontofusion", "we", "us"), Odontofusion, Chalaparambil Arcade, Puthuchira, Thodupuzha 685605. Our products and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees. Prices on product pages are shown before GST unless the page says otherwise; GST is calculated for your delivery state and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Some equipment is sold by quotation only and shows "Request a quote" instead of a price.
• Descriptions, images and specifications come from the manufacturer or our own records and may change. Where we say so, please confirm details with us before you buy.
• If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

Quotations

A quotation shows its own valid-until date, and the prices and terms on it apply only until then. Accepting a quotation tells us you want to go ahead; it is not a payment, and we will contact you to confirm the order. A newer quotation for the same enquiry replaces an earlier one.

Orders and payment

• You place an order by completing payment through Razorpay. The order is confirmed when we receive confirmation of that payment, and we then email you.
• We issue a GST tax invoice for paid orders. Please give your correct billing details and GSTIN at checkout, because we cannot reissue an invoice for a different party after it is issued; corrections are made through a credit note where the law allows.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for a pricing error, unavailable stock or a suspected fraudulent payment, and will refund anything you paid for it.

Delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds and warranty

Using equipment and software

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and the installation requirements for each product. Our equipment and software support diagnosis, planning and fabrication; clinical decisions and the treatment of patients remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner. Do not rely on a product page as a statement of regulatory approval unless it expressly says so.

Your account

Keep your password private and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Our content

The site, its text, images, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal personal or business use of the site.

Limits on our responsibility
