This policy explains what personal information we collect on odontofusion.com, why, and the choices you have. It applies to Odontofusion Dental Supplies and Services Private Limited ("Odontofusion", "we", "us"), Odontofusion, Chalaparambil Arcade, Puthuchira, Thodupuzha 685605. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a password. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form; we cannot read them.
• Orders and delivery: name, phone number, delivery address, company name and GSTIN (if you give one), purchase reference, order notes, and the items, prices and tax on your order.
• Requests and messages: quotation, demo, contact and support requests, including anything you write to us and our replies.
• Equipment and warranty registrations: product, serial number, purchase date and the proof-of-purchase file you upload.
• Technical information: a sign-in session and cart identifier (cookies), and basic security records such as your IP address when you sign in or submit a form.

How we use it

• To take and deliver orders, collect payment, issue GST invoices and credit notes, and keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
• To answer quotation, demo, contact and support requests, and to look after warranties.
• To run your account, send you service emails (order, invoice, delivery, refund, quotation, password and email-verification messages), and keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are taken by Razorpay on its own payment window. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with Razorpay and do not reach or get stored on our servers. We keep the payment reference, amount and status so we can match payments to orders and process refunds.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to take payments and process refunds.
• Couriers and delivery partners, your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver.
• Service providers working for us, such as our website hosting, database and email services, who handle information only to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require us to keep order, invoice and payment records. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We use measures such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, and access limited by staff role. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.

Your choices

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we must keep by law), and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can update your name, addresses and password in your account. To make any request or raise a concern, write to support@odontofusion.com and we will reply.

Children

This site is for dental professionals and businesses, and is not meant for children under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
